Ecstatic Dance: Awake your inner Shaman!

We are dancing again, with New Moon, sun, fire, the stars and each other! According to ancient traditions, community dance had always carried multiple purposes: to release, rejuvenate, bring trust and experience ecstasy, the conscious way.

Join us on Friday, 21 November, for Ecstatic Dance and Cacao.

This time we also offer 8 spots for those who want to learn to play with fire before the dance starts with an amazing Anina. You can practice your new skills just after the sunset, with music.

**On the day schedule:**
– 16:00-18:00: Firedancing workshop with Anina (8 people)
– 18:00-18:40: Headphones on! Ecstatic Warm Up
– 18:40-20:00: New Moon Ecstatic Dance Set with some facilitation from DJ AYIS

**Tickets:**
– R180 till weekend
– R200 from 17 Nov on Quicket
– R250 cash on the beach

Note: The number of tickets is limited. The ticket includes headphones. There will be ticket sales at the beach, R250 cash.

**What to bring:**
Water, swimwear, towels (if you want to swim) and something warm to wear after the dance.

Llandudno or Hout Bay Beach (weather dependent). Exact location will be announced 2 days before the event.

**Fire Spinning Workshop with Anina (16:00-18:00, R400):**
Within us all exists a primal urge, a flow of energy that wishes to be expressed, despite and because. Learn the basics, techniques, and applied approaches to allow your expression forth, through the medium of poi and music. Maximum 8 people. Sharpen your skills, embody your dance and practice your new spinning skills after sunset!
